In the Arria 10 PDN tool 2.0, how is F<sub>effective</sub> calculated for non-Vcc rails?

Environment

Description

In the Arria® 10 power distribution network (PDN) tool 2.0, F_effective is not calculated in the same way as F_effective for Vcc. Instead, for the other power supply groups, F_effective is initially set to 70 MHz. This value is not recalculated by the tool, but the user can override the value.

Resolution The Arria 10 PDN tool 2.0 documentation will be updated to include this information.
