You can determine the appropriate decoupling for the Stratix® III device voltage rails using the following resources:

 

(a) Use the Power Distribution Network Design Tool.  This is the best resource to develop an adequate decoupling scheme based on your board and device usage.

 

(b) For further guidance and examples, you can download the schematic for the Stratix III FPGA Development Kit.
