Description
This internal error may be generated by the Quartus® II software when targeting MAX® 10 devices and setting the default IO standard to 3.0V or 3.3V.
Resolution
In the Quartus II software, choose a default IO standard of 2.5V or below from the Device and Pin Options, and then use the Assignment Editor or the Pin Planner to assign the desired 3.3V or 3.0V IO standard to the respective pins.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
