Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0 SP2, you may see this internal error if the pin_perst port of your PCIe block is not connected to an nPERST pin.

Resolution

To work around this issue, connect the pin_perst port to the nPERST pin or follow the process defined in the related solution below.
