How do I connect the ExcaliburTM embedded stripe control pins if I'm not utilizing the embedded stripe?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description There are essentially six pins of concern if an Excalibur device is being used without the embedded stripe. Table 1 lists the six pins and how they should be connected.
Table 1. Connecting Excalibur Embedded Stripe Pins
PinConnection
NPORLogic '1'
NRESETLogic '1'
DEBUG_ENLogic '1' or '0', do not leave unconnected
JSELECTLogic '1' or '0', do not leave unconnected
CLK_REFMust be driven with a 10 MHz to 66 MHz clock signal
BOOT_FLASHLogic '0'

The embedded stripe control pins must be connected in this manner to allow the device to configure and function correctly when the embedded stripe is not being used. Additionally, this connection scheme assures that the dual-port SRAM can still be accessed from the programmable logic device (PLD).
