Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software versions 10.0 and 10.1, if you open the SignalProbe Pins dialog box and change the source node associated with a SignalProbe, the Quartus II software may fail to perform a SignalProbe compilation and incorrectly report that you haven't made any changes.
To work around this problem, after changing the source node, click under one of the other column headings for that row. When the row is no longer highlighted, the Quartus II software then recognizes the change and can perform the SignalProbe compilation.
This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 11.0.
