Why do I see a "Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library, Runtime Error!" message while using the Pin Planner in the Quartus II software version 10.0?

Description

This error may be generated by the Quartus® II software version 10.0 while using the Pin Planner, and switching between the Quartus II software and other applications.

This problem is currently scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
