The Restart Button in the Debugger Does Not Work

    Quartus® II Subscription Edition
    Nios® II Embedded Design Suite (EDS)

Critical Issue

Description

When debugging in the Nios II SBT for Eclipse, if you click the Restart icon, execution is suspended, with the following error message:

Don't know how to run. Try "help target."
Resolution

Terminate the program, download it again, and start the debugger.
