What is the correct boundary scan length for the EPF6024A device?

Description

The boundary scan length for the EPF6024A device is 666, as specified in the boundary-scan description language (BSDL) file.

The boundary scan length is incorrectly listed in the following sources:

  • In the 1999 Data Book, Table 9 of the FLEX 6000 Programmable Logic Device Family Data Sheet (page 442) specifies this value as 681, instead of 666.
  • The MAX PLUS™ II software version 9.3x shows this value as 675, instead of 666.
