Does the Adaptive Sync feature of Intel® DisplayPort® IP support ultra-low frame rate?

Environment

    Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition
    DisplayPort Intel® FPGA IP
BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

The Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 19.3 and earlier, Intel® DisplayPort® IP Adaptive Sync feature does not support the ultra-low frame rates, such as 24Hz.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.1.
