Why do I see an error when running the Design Assistant on the HDMI design in Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software?

When running Design Assistant on the HDMI design in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software, you will encounter an error with the following message: 

Info: Reading SDC File: 'hdmi_tx/hdmi_tx/synthesis/submodules/bitec_hdmi.sdc'

Error: ERROR: Quartus Prime Tcl package "::quartus::design" is only available for use in the following executables

This is due to get_entity_instances being used within the HDMI .sdc file. This command is not supported in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version of the Design Assistant.

The command is supported in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software Fitter and Timequest.

To work around this problem, Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software can be used.
