Critical Issue
Description
This problem affects DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR2, QDR II, RLDRAM II, and RLDRAM 3 products.
There is a possibility that the path length of temporary files used by IP generation may exceed the Windows path length limit of 256 characters, causing IP generation to fail. This problem is most likely to occur with project names that are unusually long. Symptoms of this failure may include error messages reporting missing files, or an inability to write to certain files.
Resolution
The workaround for this issue is to reduce the length of the project name.
This issue will be fixed in a future version.
