Seriallite III example design nios2-bsp: error Can't find SOPC design in ../ directory

Critical Issue

Description

When you run the script batch_script.sh on Seriallite_iii example design, you may see this error:

Error: "nios2-bsp: Can't find SOPC design file in ../ directory.".

Resolution

To work around this problem:

Open the "batch_scripts.sh" using text editor, replace line "SOPC_DIR=../" with "SOPC_DIR=../../ed_synth/demo_control.sopcinfo"
