Deep Powerdown Mode Causes Failure of LPDDR2 Interface on MAX 10 Devices

Critical Issue

Description

This problem affects LPDDR2 interfaces on MAX 10 devices.

When the deep powerdown feature has been enabled, the external memory interface is unable to exit from the deep powerdown state.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue to avoid using the deep powerdown feature.

This issue is fixed in version 15.0.
