Description
Both Dual-supply and Single-supply Intel® MAX® 10 devices feature external VCCIO bank power supply pins, so in both cases, the JTAG pins should be pulled up (when required) to VCCIO as shown in the JTAG Configuration Setup section of the Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA Configuration User Guide.
Resolution
A note is planned to be added to the JTAG Configuration Setup section of the Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA Configuration User Guide.
