Why do I observe different content in CFM and RPD files for Intel® MAX® 10 devices?

Environment

  • Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition

    Description

    You may see a difference when comparing an RPD file generated by the Intel® Quartus® Prime software and Intel MAX® 10 device CFM contents.  This behavior is due to bit swapping that takes place during RPD file generation.
