Why is the Parallel Port setting grayed out in the Hardware Setup window even though the ByteBlasterTM download cable is selected? (MAX PLUS II, Windows NT)

Description

On Windows NT computers, you must install the ByteBlaster driver before using the ByteBlaster download cable. The Parallel Port setting will be grayed out with a default value of None if the ByteBlaster driver is not installed.
