Follow these steps to cleanly uninstall and reinstall the Intel Graphics Software and drivers:

  1. Uninstall Intel Graphics Software:
    a. Open Settings (Win + I) and navigate to Apps.
    b. Locate Intel Graphics Software and select Uninstall.
    c. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  2. Perform a Clean Installation of the Latest Drivers:
    a. Download the latest Intel Graphics driver from the Intel Download Center.
    b. Run the installer and select Custom Installation.
    c. Check and Perform a Clean Installation option if available.
    d. Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the system.
