Announcement: End of Interactive Support (EOIS) for Intel® Optane™ Memory Series

The products Intel® Optane™ Memory Series and Intel® Optane™ Memory M10 Series reached their End of Interactive Support (EOIS) on May 29, 2024 and March 15, 2024 respectively. After this date, Intel concludes providing interactive support, including technical support provided through web tickets, telephone, chat, community support forums, or email inquiries.

This notification is separate from Intel's warranties. The 5-year warranty terms from date of sale remain unchanged: Warranty for Intel® Optane™ SSDs and Intel® Optane™ Memory (Client).

For reference, these products reached their End of Life (EOL) on August 5, 2019 and January 13, 2021 respectively: Announcement: End-of-Life (EOL) for Intel® Optane™ Memory Products on 12th/13th Generation Intel® Processors and Related Platforms.
