OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) Error: “OBS Files Are Being Used by the Following Applications – Intel® Arc™ Control”

OBS shows an error message that the "OBS Files are being used by the following applications" and states that Intel Arc Control is using files preventing the instalation.

Steps to resolve the issue:

1. Run/install the OBS application.
2. Open the Task Manager, and look for the mentioned application on the Processes tab (Intel Arc Control).
3. Right-click the Intel Arc Control then click End Task.
4. Then go back to the installation procedure and click Retry to continue installing the OBS application.
