Operating System

Windows 11, 64-bit*, Windows® 10, 64-bit*

Description

  • Installed and launched OpenVINO™ Notebooks.
  • Encountered error: Bad address (C:\projects\libzmq\src\epoll.cpp:100

Resolution

  1. Run Command Prompt as administrator.
  2. Run the command: netsh winsock reset
  3. Reboot and re-launch OpenVINO™ Notebooks.
