Microsoft Office* Files from Network Location Not Opening in Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics and Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics

When opening an Excel* or Word* file from a network location, the file does not open and the Excel or Word application remains frozen. The problem started after updating to driver 31.0.101.4672.
Update the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4887 or newer.
