DisplayPort Not Working with Latest Intel® Arc™ Drivers

After updating to driver version 31.0.101.4578 or newer, the DisplayPorts on the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics card stopped working.
This issue is not seen with driver 32.0.101.6077. Install this or a newer driver.
If you are still having this problem after updating your driver, report it to Intel Customer Support.
