How to Connect to Intel's Microsoft* Tenant

Description

  • Your tenant administrator has restricted which organizations can be accessed.
  • Access is blocked by your organization error msg
  • AADSTS500212: The users's administrator has set an outbound access policy that does not allow access to the resource tenant error msg

Resolution

To add our tenant to your company settings, forward the information below to your company IT department and ask that they follow the steps below:

  1. Enable B2B cross-tenant collaboration in your Microsoft Azure* cloud settings1.
  2. Add the Intel cloud tenant ID to your organizational settings1.
    Intel’s Tenant ID 46c98d88-e344-4ed4-8496-4ed7712e255d

Once configuration has been complete, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Your company tenant ID
  • If you require further assistance, provide your company IT contact name, phone number, region, and best available time to meet. We will coordinate with our IT department.

If your company changes Microsoft tenant and you have already reconfigured our tenant ID, contact Intel Customer Support and provide your tenant ID to regain your access to Intel Azure portal.
