Description

  • Launched an Instance in Intel® Developer Cloud.
  • My personal credit card was charged USD 16.80.
  • Terminated the Instance after using it for less than 20 minutes.
  • However, no refund was provided.

Resolution

Submit a service request through Intel® Developer Cloud Customer Support for a refund.
