Description

In accessing the Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center website, encountered an error message:: Your account or password is in incorrect. If you don't remember your password, reset it now.

Resolution

Intel has migrated the log-in method to Intel Azure* Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), so your username and password used before this migration will no longer work. For the security of each individual profile, use your email address.

Intel no longer manages or stores your password. You have the option to reset it yourself or contact your company IT department to have it reset.

If you do not have a company, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • URL/link of the website
  • Email address you use to log in
  • Error message encountered  (if any)
