- Requested the following two new domain names for the Intel® Developer Cloud Instance:
- askgm.eglb.intel.com
- neuralstudio.eglb.intel.com
- Using port 443 (HTTPS) to access IDC remote systems.
Resolution
- Submit a service request through Intel Customer Support for advanced setup and configuration requests.
- Contact local Intel network IT by calling or submitting a ticket to support the setup and configuration request.
Additional information
Please refer to Unsupported Features for IDC. Domain names are classified as External IP addresses (aka floating IPs). This indicates that external domain names are not supported by the Intel® Developer Cloud Instance.
