The virtual chat is available on all Intel® Processor support pages and the main support page. It is located on the bottom-right of these pages, and has a new section called Processor Troubleshooting.
Use Processor Troubleshooting to help with these issues:
- No boot or no display on your self-built system
- Blue screen errors
- Other issues
There are only a few questions to aid in this troubleshooting process.
