PC Freezes When Playing League of Legends* with Intel® Arc™

When trying to minimize (or alt+tab) the game while loading, the pc freezes up and it's impossible to maximize the game again. This also often happens mid game and sometimes happens by itself without even using alt+tab.
The PC can end up indefinitely frozen, and restarting the game doesn't always work.
A fix for this issue was included in driver 31.0.101.3885. Download and install this or a newer driver.
