Error messages:

  • Access is blocked by your organization
  • Your tenant administrator has restricted which organizations can be accessed. Contact your IT department and request access to the undefined organization.
Resolution
  1. Make sure that the email domain matches what your company is using. If your company changed their domain and you are not aware of this, check with your IT department.
  2. If you're email is using your company's old domain, check with your IT team and get your account created with the updated email domain by following the steps below:

    1. Enable B2B cross-tenant collaboration in your Microsoft Azure* cloud settings.
    2. Add the Intel cloud tenant ID to your organizational settings.
