- Access is blocked by your organization
- Your tenant administrator has restricted which organizations can be accessed. Contact your IT department and request access to the undefined organization.
Resolution
- Make sure that the email domain matches what your company is using. If your company changed their domain and you are not aware of this, check with your IT department.
- If you're email is using your company's old domain, check with your IT team and get your account created with the updated email domain by following the steps below:
