Guidance to contact Intel Customer Support for assistance
Error message: User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corp-Int' and cannot access the application (My Apps) in that tenant.
The error message may occur for the following reasons:
- The email address used is incorrect.
- Tenant needs to be added in the cloud.
- Pending acceptance of Azure* Invitation.
- Multi-Factor Authentication needs to be reset in the system.
