Unable to Log-In Due to Error “User Account…Does Not Exist in Tenant ‘Intel Corp-Int’ and Cannot Access… in That Tenant”

Description

Error message: User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corp-Int' and cannot access the application (My Apps) in that tenant.

Resolution

The error message may occur for the following reasons:

  • The email address used is incorrect.
  • Tenant needs to be added in the cloud.
  • Pending acceptance of Azure* Invitation.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication needs to be reset in the system.
