Provides steps to update the Ethernet Drivers on Intel® NUC
Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), will request the Ethernet drivers on Intel® NUC, to be updated, but if hit the installation button the driver is not installed, causing Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) to notify that there is a new update for the drivers once again
Updating the Ethernet driver manually may fix the issue.
How to update the Ethernet driver manually:
- Download the latest Intel® Ethernet (LAN) Driver from Download Center.
- Extract the downloaded .zip file.
- Open the extracted folder and locate the e2f.inf file.
- Right-Click the .inf file, and click on install.
If the same issue persists do the following
- Download the latest Intel® Ethernet (LAN) Driver from Download Center.
- Extract the downloaded .zip file.
- Go to Device Manager.
- Locate the Ethernet Lan controller
- Right-click on the Ethernet Lan controller and select Properties
- Go to the Driver tab
- Select Update Driver
- Select Browse my computer for drivers
- Browse and select the folder that contains the Lan driver
- Click on Next
- When the driver update is complete, reboot the Nuc.
