Description

Intel® Arc™ Control becomes unresponsive when used together with Asus Armory Crate*.

Update to the latest BIOS
Delete the Asus Armory Crate
Use the DDU tool
Perform a Clean installation of Intel Arc and IrisXe Graphics Driver version 31.0.101.4502 or newer
Reinstall Asus Armory Crate
