Lost access to mark.intel.com and prompted AGS page.

Resolution

This could be an intermittent website issue on the MARK website, so try the troubleshooting steps below:

Begin with clearing your browsers cache and cookies. Choose the time range for "All Time".

Then, perform the troubleshooting tips below on your browser.

  • Reboot your PC.
  • Open the link/tool on your browser without opening any other tab.
  • Open the link in other browsers such as Edge*, IE* or Firefox*.
  • Close other apps on your computer
  • Open the link or tool in Incognito mode in Chrome* browser.
