Why Does an Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics Eligible System Show It Is Using Intel® UHD Graphics?

Environment

Intel® Core® i5-1240P processor, IdeaCentre AIO 3 24IAP7, single-channel memory 8GB, 512 GB SSD

Description

The computer has Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics but they show as Intel® UHD Graphics in Device Manager.

Resolution

Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics capability requires the system to be configured with dual-channel memory. On the system with single-channel memory, Intel Iris Xe Graphics will function as Intel UHD Graphics. Contact your system manufacturer for more information.
