Unable to Install an Intel® Graphics Windows* DCH Driver on Windows® 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809

Error message: "This operating system is not supported," when installing gfx_win*.exe for legacy Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics.

1. Go to Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers.
2. Select version number start with 27.
3. Download igfx_win10_*.zip.
4. Extract the zip file to any folder.
5. Open Device manager.
6. Find Display adapters > Intel UHD Graphics (or Microsoft basic display adapter if it's never installed before).
7. Right-click and select Update driver.
8. Select Browse my computer for drivers.
9. Click Browse and navigate to the extracted folder.
10. Click Next.
11. Reboot the system after the installation is done.
