No value on the card when I tried to use it.
Resolution
For security reasons, the cards will not be loaded during the delivery process. Follow the steps below for your card to be loaded with their respective value.
- Send a response to the vendor's email indicating that the gift card is received.
- Request to load the funds.
- Activate the cards at My Card Place.
| Note | For order(s) above AUD 4,999, you will receive an email from mci-order@mci-group.com requesting a copy of your Australia Driving License, Medicare Card with DOB, or Australian Passport. This will be sent to iChoose and bank for verification. Allow additional 7 to 10 working days for verification and approval. Upon approval, your cards will be delivered to you within 14 business days. You can proceed to activate the cards once you receive them. |
