Why Am I Getting a Server Connection Error for Intel® Easy Streaming Wizard?

Any existing Intel® Easy Streaming Wizard files that have not been installed yet on the system (previously downloaded), will not be able to install or run and will show a server connection error.

This error message is displayed because Intel® Easy Streaming Wizard has been discontinued and is no longer able to connect to server. Do not try again later. It is recommended to use the latest version of Open Broadcaster Software* (OBS*).
