Conversion of an OpenVINO™ Intermediate Representation (IR) model back into TensorFlow* format is not officially supported by the OpenVINO™ Toolkit.

OpenVINO™ is designed for converting models from original frameworks (such as TensorFlow*, PyTorch*, and ONNX*) into OpenVINO™ format for optimized inference. Reverse conversion from IR to training frameworks is not supported or validated.

Third‑party conversion tools (for example, openvino2tensorflow) are not provided, maintained, or supported by Intel. Use of such tools is at the user’s own discretion and may result in incomplete or inaccurate model conversion.
