Unable to receive the shipping confirmation email of the Intel® Retail Edge order.

Resolution

All shipping confirmation emails will be sent once the order has been shipped out. To ensure that the shipping confirmation has been sent, check your inbox and other folders as these emails may be recognized as spam or junk mail. If confirmed that no email was received, check the email settings or contact the courier or email service provider for further assistance.

Additional information

All orders and prizes will be shipped within six weeks.
