Description
Observed game crash/stuck at the splash screen while launching.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, force the connected display refresh rate in Steam by following the below steps:/p>
- Open Steam App and Go to Library.
- Select the game from the list which needs to be reconfigured.
- Right-click the game and Select Properties.
- Go to "General" tab and find the "Launch Options" section.
- Enter "-refresh 120" and Close the properties.
- Launch the game.
Additional information
Refresh rates should be matched with display refresh rates.
Example: If the refresh rate of the display is 60hz then Enter "-refresh 60" in the "Launch Options" section.
