Game Crashes/Stuck at the Splash Screen while Launching

Observed game crash/stuck at the splash screen while launching.

To resolve the issue, force the connected display refresh rate in Steam by following the below steps:/p>

• Open Steam App and Go to Library.
• Select the game from the list which needs to be reconfigured.
• Right-click the game and Select Properties.
• Go to "General" tab and find the "Launch Options" section.
• Enter "-refresh 120" and Close the properties.
• Launch the game.

Refresh rates should be matched with display refresh rates.

Example: If the refresh rate of the display is 60hz then Enter "-refresh 60" in the "Launch Options" section.
