How to Check the Intel® Partner Alliance Account Status Associated with Our Partner Account

  • Need assistance to check the status of the account that just recently joined the program.
  • How can Intel employees and partners check other Intel Partner Alliance accounts?
  • Are the training credits, sales revenue, and points in the portal the combined details of all the accounts under one partner ID?
  • Need clarification on how partners can track other accounts connected to their Intel® Partner Alliance Account.

Resolution

Due to security reasons, there is limited visibility for the status of other Intel® Partner Alliance Accounts. To seek assistance, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:

  • Account Name
  • Account Number
  • Specific details that you need to check

Additional information

For the training credits, as long as the accounts are under one partner ID, details such as Sales Revenue and Training Credits are combined. All that information can be checked through the Intel® Partner Alliance Dashboard.
