Unable to Log In to Power BI Due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Error

Description

I'm trying to access PowerBI, but it displays below and I'm not able to get by this screen.

Message: AADSTS90072: User account from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/556e6b1f-b49d-4278-8baf-db06eeefc8e9/' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application '871c010f-5e61-4fb1-83ac-98610a7e9110'(Microsoft Power BI) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Resolution

To fix the issue, contact Intel Customer Support.

  1. Provide your email address to which the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be resent.
  2. Accept the invitation.
  3. Refer to the article How to Set Up Azure* Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to set up the MFA.
