Intel® Arc™ Control Cannot Detect Any Games Installed in the System When Scanning

Description

Games are not being detected by Intel Arc Control.

Resolution

  1. Update graphics driver.
  2. Uninstall Intel Arc Control.
  3. Reinstall Intel Arc Control.
  4. Add games manually.
    1. Launch Intel Arc Control.
    2. Click the Games tab.
    3. Click the + sign to add the game manually.
  5. Check the game installation path for garbled characters and remove garbled parts.
