Unable to Reset Password When Trying to Sign In to the Intel Website

Description

  • Unable to log in due to forgotten password
  • Requested a password reset but didn't work
  • Unable to recover password for B2B users

Resolution

  1. Complete the Customer Support for Sign-in Issues form.
    • For Inquiry Type, choose password from the dropdown list.
    • For Description, include the new email address information.
    • Agree to the privacy statement and the reCAPTCHA.
    • Click Submit button.
  2. You should receive a response within one business day.

    Due to Azure* migration, password reset is no longer allowed. You may use your company password or Microsoft password (the password you use in signing into your computer or laptop) when trying to access your account.

    If error persists, contact Intel Customer Support.
