Can I Exchange My Summer Deal Order for the Holiday Deal?

Need to know if a Summer Deal purchase can be exchanged for the Holiday Deal.
Summer Deal purchases cannot be exchanged for the Holiday Deal. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, "Exchanges are only given if the wrong item was shipped, or the product was defective and there is a replacement part available. Customary manufacturer warranties may be provided and should be exercised with the manufacturer in the case of defective items."
