  • Need to know why I am being taxed for an item from Intel® Retail Edge Program.
  • Requested another copy of the tax document for the reward received.
  • Asking why the prize portal is requiring user to enter their social security number to claim the prize. 

Resolution

For any instance that a winner is being taxed for a prize, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the name of the item for further investigation.
