Download the latest version of Intel® Arc™ Control to resolve the issue.
Description
- On a clean Windows installation without any Microsoft* Libraries the app will error with a failure to find a runtime library when launching the Intel® Arc™ Control app from the Apps page.
- After installing the latest Microsoft Runtime Library, Arc Control will show an icon on the taskbar. Clicking on the icon causes the app to appear and then disappear. Task Manager does not show the app is running.
Resolution
Install the latest version of Intel® Arc™ Control to resolve the issue.
