Description

Hard hang (freeze) when forcing a restart via a reboot with out powering down (pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del in BIOS or choosing restart in Windows) on a system with Intel® Iris® Xe MAX Graphics. The system reboots to Windows without display.

Resolution

Update to the latest Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics driver to resolve the issue.
