How to Resolve Error in Intel® Azure*: "Blocked because they are not a direct member…directly assigned by Administrator"

Description

  • Could not access Intel Azure due to an error 
  • Could not verify access to AGS to access Intel Azure
  • Could not access Intel SharePoint

Resolution

If you encounter the error Blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access nor had access directly assigned by Administrator,  you will need to contact your sponsor for the special access. If you do not know who your sponsor is, contact Intel Customer Support for assistance.
